19th century gold

Found this amethyst and 14kt gold ring today. I believe it is late 19th century...the site I was hunting is. Any comments about its vintage are greatly appreciated.

I am going to post four times with each post containing an image of the ring. I do not know how to link my post to multiple images.

The first images are before the ring was cleaned. The last two were taken after cleaning.

The images are large file sizes!
